In my role, I train and mentor junior team members to enhance team performance and morale. I introduce collaborative work processes and methods, guiding Robert Walters to adopt a user-centric approach through workshops and user testing. I provide direction for UI and UX design, including a comprehensive redesign of the SaaS application. Collaborating closely with developers, I implement incremental changes for timely delivery and continuous platform improvement.

As part of the product team, I understand the needs of recruiters, their business and legal requirements, and existing recruitment processes. I propose designs that address user pain points, aligning with the product team's goals. Through user-centered design practices, I create intuitive UX and UI, validating them with users and conducting thorough usability testing. Finally, I collaborate with business analysts to incorporate the designs into user stories for the development team.
